Customer service never answered their phone and I sent 2 e-mail messages without a response. Go to Ace Hardware. They had a better price.

The chairs themselves are ok, but they arrived in a severely damaged carton with inadequate packaging. one chair was damaged already. They charged $40 for shipping and handling, and while they arrived quickly. They clearly didn't do an acceptable job. I reported it immediately, sending photos of the damage and the carton's condition. Their only solution was for me to ship them back at my expense in that sorry carton. That shipping would have cot 70 % more than the chairs. I offered to pay for the one that was ok, but that wasn't good enough. Amazon's A to Z was less than worthless, they didn't even read my multiple emails and denied my claim. I eventually settled for a $30 rebate (they offered $40 if I deleted my negative review, but I told them if they were going to bribe me they'd have to offer more). Overall a very bad experience. I'd say stay away, as with further on-line research I learned that I wasn't alone in my experience. We'll see if this gets posted.

The chairs came in battered boxes, and maybe a couple teensy marks on the chairs, but otherwise the color was just as pictured and the chairs were great. Very comfortable and a very good price. They still look very good.

I studied so many chairs and decided to take a chance with these because the price was so good, and the color was fine. When the box came I could see the packaging was terrible. The box was wrinkled and had even been punctured. But the chairs turned out to be fine. I've just used mine a few times, so I don't know how they'll hold up over time. I always bring them inside at the end of the day, and they fold up easily. When you want to recline, just put both feet on the bottom front bar and push it away from you as you lean back. The pillow is very adjustable and fastens in the back with velcro. They are so relaxing to sit back in!
