Seems to be a very nice cover for the money. I thought I would be able to cover 2 bicycles from the dimensions stated. It is a very tight fit to do this but overall the cover is good.

Even the picture of it is in a garage. The outside surface of the cover looks like an inside material. I am going to resell mine immediately (postage is too expensive to return).

I received this cover as a gift for Christmas. I live in Texas and we usually enjoy only cool temperatures in the winter, but this year has been very cold and very wet! This cover is large enough to cover my beach cruiser bike (larger than most adult bikes) and keep it warm and dry. I have been really pleased with how durable the cover seems to be. I am able to keep my bike outside in the winter.
