I bought this stand and wife was told he should work with our Valencia Collection Outdoor Dining Set(http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/images/B000RJY6F4/sr=8-7/qid=1230577207/ref=dp_otherviews_4?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&img=4&qid=1230577207&sr=8-7). Well, it didn't! The tube will not fit through the square opening at the bottom of the table. The umbrella will only work with the table WITHOUT the stand. So, for now, we have the metal stand holding up the umbrella when we have the 2 patio table next to it.
The stand itself seems solid and built well.

The stand is heavy which is a plus, but the piece in which the umbrella stands screwed into the base crooked. You get what you pay for.

I needed a stand to hold my 10' umbrella down in wind storms. This stand is extremely heavy and works great. I was worried because my pole is 2" and it is hard to find a stand to fit it. This stand worked great.

Cant touch it because a month after ordering, I never got it. It was sent to the wrong state in the wrong time zone. I called EWINS to rectify the problem, yet still have no confirmation of when it could be sent out- instead I was told to track this myself (though they never came me tracking information). Amazon customer care was great though- I did get a refund. Looks like a nice enough product, but I cant touch this.
